Return & Refund Policy – Lucky Socks Family

Thank you for shopping with Lucky Socks Family. We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a simple and fair return policy.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@lucky-socks.eu with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the product arrived damaged or we made an error.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item for a different size or model, please contact us at sales@lucky-socks.eu.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will replace it at no cost.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is faulty or incorrect.
