At Lucky Socks Family, we do our best to process and ship every order as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing
– Processing time: 1–2 business days
– Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

2. Shipping and Delivery Time
– Delivery times depend on the destination country
– Average delivery time within Europe: 3–10 business days
– Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (with a tracking link, if available)

3. Shipping Costs
– Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on the delivery address
– Additional fees may apply for remote areas or customs if required

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments
– If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at sales@lucky-socks.eu
– We will assist you with a replacement or provide a suitable solution

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
– Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery information
– If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the cost of re-shipping will be paid by the customer
